Mobility unevenness in rock–paper–scissors models

چکیده
We investigate a tritrophic system whose cyclic dominance is modelled by the rock-paper-scissors game. consider that organisms of one or two species are affected movement limitations, which unbalances spatial Performing stochastic simulations, we show mobility unevenness controls population dynamics. In case slow species, predominant depends on level restriction, with being preponderant if limitations substantial. If face our outcomes higher dispersive does not constitute an advantage in terms growth. On contrary, move mobility, they expose themselves to enemies more frequently, vulnerable eliminated. Finally, findings biodiversity benefits regions where slowed. Biodiversity loss for high organisms, common systems, may be avoided coexistence probability robust limitations. Our results help biologists understand dynamics unbalanced systems organisms' dispersal fundamental conservation.

Unevenness of loop location in complex networks.
The loop structure plays an important role in many aspects of complex networks and attracts much attention. Among the previous works, Bianconi [Phys. Rev. Lett. 100, 118701 (2008)] found that real networks often have very few short loops as compared to random models. In this paper, we focus on the uneven location of loops which makes some parts of the network rich while some other parts sparse ...
متن کاملBilateral mobility in dualistic models
In the standard Harris–Todaro framework, migration flows arise as disequilibrium driven movements of the population. It is the purpose of this research to modify the simple dualistic model in order to account for the existence of permanent migrants, i.e., of individuals who work in another country without changing their original nationality. Or, in the rural–urban interpretation of the model, o...
متن کاملOn Natural Mobility Models
There is an increasing consensus that existing mobility models, such as the well-known random walk or random waypoint models, are insufficient to represent real node mobility. In this paper, we discuss the need for a better characterization of natural mobility. Our contributions rely on recent advances of real-life network analysis and modelling, and in particular on the observation that natura...
متن کاملUnevenness Point Descriptor for Terrain Analysis in Mobile Robot Applications
In recent years, the use of imaging sensors that produce a three-dimensional representation of the environment has become an efficient solution to increase the degree of perception of autonomous mobile robots. Accurate and dense 3D point clouds can be generated from traditional stereo systems and laser scanners or from the new generation of RGB-D cameras, representing a versatile, reliable and ...
